Peter Guarino joined Pinnacle in 2012 and currently serves as Vice President – Finance. Peter brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate & construction industries, managing accounting functions, strategic financial planning, analysis and reporting. Peter manages all finance and accounting functions and implements the financial strategy of the company. Reporting directly to the CEO, Peter is a business partner and works effectively with all senior officers and departments within Pinnacle and is responsible for the oversight of all financial accounting and reporting activities, budgeting, insurance, payroll and banking relations and oversight of general accounting. Peter implements and supports policies, internal controls and systems for the efficient and consistent execution of work and compliance with government laws.

Prior to joining Pinnacle, Peter held senior level financial positions with Jeral Construction and Diversified where he played a key role in the respective organizations. He holds both a Masters in Public Administration specializing in Planning and a Masters Business Administration specializing in Accounting both from Rutgers University.
