Josh is an accomplished real estate development/construction executive with expertise harmonizing internal and external stakeholders around deadlines and objectives on multimillion-dollar construction projects, a strategic problem solver who envisions smart solutions to optimize ROI and expertly manages CAPEX/OPEX budgets, schedules, and subcontractors on large-scale build-ups, fit outs and renovations, and a phenomenal relationship manager with deep expertise managing projects in compliance with Department of Health (DOH), Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA), and other federal/state agencies.

Before joining Pinnacle in 2015, Josh held senior level project manager positions at Mangum Real Estate Group and New York Presbyterian Hospital and the Vice President of Construction position at CAREONE.
