This complex, mixed-use development (a joint venture with The Hampshire Companies) will involve the redevelopment of the former Lackawanna train station and closed Pathmark Supermarket on a site that totals eight acres. The site will be developed into 154 residential units, a Medical Office in the existing office building, retail spaces within the historic train station (existing restaurant) and a 50,000 sf food store. The development will be the gateway into Montclair from the Bloomfield area. Residents and visitors will be greeted with a very large public plaza for all to utilize and enjoy. Final entitlements are expected in the Fall of 2018.
