As the chosen redeveloper of the Township of Montclair, this development will encompass a true live-work entertainment environment.  The project will include 200 residential apartments, 40,000 sf of office uses, 40,000 sf of retail development and the redevelopment of the Wellmont Theater that will be positioned on a 15,000 sf public plaza. Two garages totaling 575 cars will be developed thru a public-private partnership with the town. Construction has just begun on this project, joint-ventured with Brookfield Properties and Ironstate Development.
